Almost one year ago Forensic Testing Service Ltd surveyed our customers to understand our Net Promoter Score – we obtained a score of 37. That’s a respectable score, but we wanted better. We have been working hard over the last year to improve our service and are delighted to announce that our most recent survey delivered a whopping score of 78!!!!! This means that most of our customers are advocates who would recommend our service and have real loyalty to our business. We are delighted with our new score, but we will continue to drive improvements in line with the feedback we receive.
