Position Overview:

Forensic Testing Service is looking for a confident, tenacious Internal Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve the proactive management of your allocated accounts, developing customer relationships, supporting the customer through their journey, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue in your area in line with agreed targets. As well as supporting your customers on a day to day basis, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key influencers and decision makers in each region, make contact with them and drive awareness of the FTS solution. You will be expected to learn some of the technical detail behind what we do to enable you to deal with questions from your customers. Training will be provided, but previous experience of advising customers in a technical capacity would be a distinct advantage.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop a clear strategic plan for your allocated region and execute a Hold & Grow strategy
  • Identify key influencers, build relationships and raise awareness of the FTS solution
  • Manage revenue levels with a view to increasing spend across your customer base
  • On board new accounts effectively to ensure ongoing business
  • Retain existing accounts through the ongoing provision of exceptional service, customer support and strong relationships
  • Identify requirements for training in customer accounts
  • Triage any technical queries and ensure swift resolution with the support of technical experts where required
  • Gain a good understanding of the unique FTS product and talk confidently about our key differentiators and benefits to customers

  • Experience of working with a technical product or service would be beneficial, as would experience of managing a customer base of Solicitors, Barristers, Social Workers or Medical professionals
