LAA Indemnity Guarantee

For all LAA funded work, FTS will guarantee invoices against any potential reimbursement deductions. As long as FTS is provided with the court order, or court order wording at the time of instruction, and as long as the testing profile you instruct is in line with the court order, we will reimburse any subsequent shortfall in LAA reimbursement. This allows you to provide best practice drug and alcohol testing for your clients, along with financial peace of mind. We can also support by providing court order wording in all cases.
